Why would she bring this up with me?

so this girl who i have fallen for and she liked me as we started talking and went out on quite a few dates. have been talking everyday for the past 4 months. so we had a discussion before where i told her i really liked her and that i wanted to take it further. she said right now she has to say no right now because she needs time to recollect herself from a previous bad relationship where the ex still ties to call her. so t she always wants to hang out with me and spend time with me and she treats it like were already dating yet she needs time for her to be fully there so we should stay really good friends right now. im deeply into this girl and we talk for hours a day everyday and we hang out for hours when we go out. so she seems to get jealous when a girl talks to me and asks me questions about them and she knows i only think about her. so she likes to text me or tell me about all the guys that hit on her and makes fun of them for trying etc and calls them creeps. i act like it doesnt bother me but it makes me angry that she does that just for fun. so recently this guy tried to hit on her at school and left a note with his number and her and her friends played a joke messaging him and she gave him her pin number for blackberry but she says hes a creep and is gonna delete him in a couple days etc. now she tells me this while were out, after she called me asking me if i wanted to go out with her that she really wanted to see me. im thinking to myself why would she tell me this if she wanted to go out with me which is all the time. i tried to act like it didnt bother me but it bothered me alot. my question is why does she feel the need to tell me about all these guys that hit on her and she acts like theyre creeps yet talks to them? is she trying to get me jealous because she asks me all the time to hang out with me and that she wants to be really good friends right now because she cant take it further until she has completely moved on with everything with her ex, yet does stuff like this with guys plays with them and decides to tell me like its nothing.
