What can be wrong with my dog?

i have a 1year and 6 month pitt bull i take him to the vet up on his shoots but he is not eating as much has diarrhea on and off and blood in his stool took him to the vet but didnt see any parasitic worms in his test results. want to know whats going on with my dog. starting to think its time for a new vet
