Where in Northern France is this? Info please?

Where in France is this? I know it's in northern France...probably in the Breton or Normandy region. The windows have a blue color that the formula for it has been lost. They still haven't been able to recreate the color blue of this stained gl window. Any information on this place or the blue color? I think it was similar to a cornflower blue.
