Am I on the right track for University of Pennsylvania? What else could i do?

You are definitely on track. Don't be too hard on yourself. Great schools like Penn like to see improvement so a B+ or two first semester of freshman year really won't hurt you too much. Make sure that as you find out what clubs you want to be involved in, you try to get in line for a leadership position. Make sure you don't just get caught up with getting into college because admissions committees can tell. Just work on finding and pursuing you pions. Plus if you are really serious about UPenn, definitely apply early decision!
