How do I lose weight without big help?
Ok, I'm in between a size 20 and 22, I'm taller so my weight is shifted. What I would like to know is if there is a way to lose weight. Here's the catch, I can't afford big workout places, or places like weight watchers. I also have like a stepper type thing, but I do t realy like to use it. Also, I have tried to write what I eat, but personally, I don't really grasp the concept of doing that. I get that you see how much you eat, but whats the goal? I know I'm never going to be skinny skinny, and frankly I don't want to be. But if there's a way to get to 16 or 14 (hopefully in a short amount of time ;) ) then I would appreciate ideas!! Thanks!!
