Does any one know how to use the 3GP converter?

I downloaded it and it came with the converter and the converter wizard. I convertered a movie on both of them, and the first converter had the movie saying 3GP importer, while the wizard said MPEG-4 format. What does 3GP importer mean? And how do I get it to saying MPEG-4 format?
