Need to lose alot of weight, help?

You really need to look at why you put on weight. Is it emotional? Are there self-esteem issues? If the underlying issues aren't dealt with, the weight will just come back. Then you have to find a way to get excited about losing weight. If you're not excited about it, then you will fail. Then you need to make a long term commitment on a real plan. You can talk to your doctor, a nutritionist, or a personal trainer, to put together an exercise and diet plan. Remember to think "short term pain, long term gain" as you proceed with the grueling work of losing that weight, ever so slowly (it takes awhile, for you maybe 1-2 years). Diet wise, the fastest way to lose weight (but hard on the system) is to skip out all carbs, such as bread, pasta, rice, and especially potatoes, which are high in sugars that get stored as fat. Just eat meat and vegetables. You can even eat chocolate and not get fat. No carbs is hard, though, and you may sweat a lot. I'm sorry to hear about your weight, but I believe that you can do this. I've seen people lose a lot of weight, and watched their lives improve so much. (A woman I know lost 70 pounds and in the process found a great boyfriend and her life just kept improving). Good luck!
