Girls why do you do that?

Im hanging out with a girl, I have a good idea she likes me. Now heres the crunch, one day shell be really nice and show a lot of interest in me and a day later she's really ratty with me and confrontational. But even when she's being funny I can see she still likes me. Why do girls do this I am getting so confused by her.
