Why do people with no compion answer questions when they don't have answer that is helpful?

i honestly don't know, it makes me sick how people can be so ignorant, and have absolutely no compion. I'm so sorry for your loss, while reading this story i want to cry. there are no words for me to say that will help with the loss of a best friend. You and your family are in my prayers
