Why are Indians so cheap and abrasive?

99.99% of Indians are cheap. Why is that? They make decent money but they act as though they are beggars. Very demeaning for them. I think they think they are being shrewd but they just appear as rude,beggars. Discount, discount, discount? Thats all you hear from them. They have the worst hygiene as well.
