What upgrades would you recommend for good gaming? (More details)?

You need to upgrade the cpu, ram, and video; therefore it's cheaper to buy a new pc. You can sell the old one for about 150 dollars US. My daughter just bought a Compaq dual core2.5Ghz, 4gigs ddr2 ram for 350 dollars. It would be good for gaming if you add a video card. I bought myself a good one for 89 dollars from Newegg.com. Ati 3870-512 ddr4 ram,320 pixel shaders, 256bit. A very good card for the price.
