Should prophet Mohomad be defamed like this ? Is this from real hadith ?

cannot be true, maria el-quobtia was one of the prophet wives, it's known that the prophet mohamed was very just with his wives (he will not expels one of them to sleep with an other). in islam to be just between wives (to not do any differences between them or show any preferences to one of them) is condition for a man who is married to more than one woman, if he does not, he will be severely punished in th last day.
