Plz help....SIA or IIT?

hi ! i am now in 12th gade, and want to pursue a career in research probably in physics. SIA schalorship is given by singapore govt., to study 11th and 12th, if i get i will need to redo my 11 and 12 grade. and then get into some singapore university or try uk or other foriegn universities. the other option is iit, where i wanna do engineering phy, and the try IIS(indian institute of sci, bangalore). which option would be better??? plz plz help and THANK U
