Is it ok to marry an older woman?

I'm 20 and im in love with a stunning 43 years old beautiful woman soon to be my wife. She is very nice in all sorts of ways and young at heart,very active and 100% a pleaser in all matters between us. Is it ok to marry her, she thinks i might rethink about it later, and tried to talk me out of it more than once, telling me that i will change my mind by years ping and it will hurt seperating. All i know is, i love her to my last breath, i want to be with her and no one else never let her go. Now the other side, my mother is fine with it, but father isn't. Need sum help, a woman's opinion would be very helpful. thanks
