How do i shut this obnoxious girl up?

she sits next to me in my cl and NEVER SHUT THE FCK UP. how do i get her to leave me alone before i go postal and kill everybody?!?! the only healthy way i deal with the stress is i beat small animals. any suggestions on the stress or shutting up?
